A deposit of 50% of the rental fee is required, payable within 5 working days of booking the reservation. The full balance is payable 30 days prior to your arrival date. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs. In that case, we will attempt to re-rent the property for the time you reserved. If we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund your deposit, less 15% as a rental fee. (Trip cancellation insurance is available through various insurance agencies).
You must also post a $500 security deposit to cover such items as long distance calls, property damage, etc. . . .
Items not included in the rental fee: long distance calls, airport transfers, groceries and alcohol, gratuity (at your discretion), and Las Hadas recreation fees.
Guests are encouraged to use phone cards or credit cards to place long distance calls. Long distance calls made from Casa Arabia will be totaled upon receipt of the phone bill and will be deducted from the security deposit. Please note: in addition to long distance charges, taxes may apply.
